We’ve created the stage design of the open ceremony for “The 50th Best Restaurants 2018” in a magnificent place, the Euskalduna Palace in Bilbao, thanks to the projected images we explained the process from the main elements that make the human be able to cook; Wood, Fire, Steel, Water and Vapor. We designed a structure inspired in the Guggenheim Museum as a way of expression of art and science.
Massimo Bottura’s Osteria Francescana in Modena, Italy, was crowned No.1 in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2018, sponsored by S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna, on Tuesday 19th June at an awards ceremony in Bilbao. Check out all the highlights from the Oscars of gastronomy:
